March 30, 2000 - WOW Lecture and Computer Lab presented to regional water resource professionals, teachers and lake associations in a continuing education workshop focused on New Technology and Techniques for Understanding Lakes, Itasca Community College, Grand Rapids, MN (Rich Axler and Cindy Hagley and Sue Hutchins).

March 29, 2000 WOW introduced to rotating groups of highschool students and teachers as part of a full day St. Louis River RiverWatch Festival, Fond du Lac Community College, Cloquet, MN (Cindy Hagley.)

July 7-23, 1999 - WOW introduced to teachers as part of the COAST/Operation Pathfinder course taught through the Sea Grant program in Durham, NH. (Sharon Meeker).
